These farmers rotationally graze their cows throughout the year without feeding them anything other than grass. The result? Healthy, happy cows produce golden-yellow tallow that is rich in vitamins and minerals. One of our top tallow suppliers is Polyface Farm in Virginia, where we slow-render every batch right on our homestead.
